Admissions 2020-21

Further to a period of public  consultation held between 15th November 2018  to 27th December 2018, the Governing  Board of  Larmenier & Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School formally determine the admissions  arrangements  for  the academic year of entry  2020-21 in accordance with Regulation 17 of the School Admissions Regulations 2012. The process of consultation and determination was carried out in accordance with the Admissions Code and associated regulations. 
In accordance with  Regulation 21 of the Regulations and Section 88 of the SSFA 1998, any person or body who considered that any maintained school or academy's arrangements are unlawful, or not in compliance with the Code or relevant law relating to admissions, can make an objection to the School Adjudicator.


Admission Appeals Arrangements 2020

Parents/Carers whose applications for places are unsuccessful have the right to appeal the decision. This must be expressed in accordance with the Governors’ Admissions Criteria.


Appeals Form


The completed appeals form should be submitted by Friday 22nd May 2020 and must be addressed to the Chair of the Governing Board, c/o Larmenier & Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School.

The hearing of appeals will take place during the last week of June/July 2020.
